Professor Eran Dvir is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine – Companion Animals since 2004.

Graduated from The Koret School of Veterinary Medicine, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel in 1995.

In 2012 he got his PhD and in 2001 he got his MMedVet (Master and Specialization Faculty in Veterinary Internal medicine), from the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Pretoria, South Africa. He stayed there for 11 years, 5 of them as an Associate Professor and Head of the Small Animal Medicine Section.

Professor Eran Dvir is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Life Science in Tel Hai Academic College, Israel.

His main field of research is parasitic diseases including canine spirocercosis, canine babesiosis and cystic echinococcosis.
