Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation of participation in a course will be official only after receiving a written confirmation from CPD-Vet under the following terms:

​

1. CPD-Vet reserves the right to cancel a course. In case of course cancellation by the center, CPD-Vet will grant a 100% refund includes registration fee. CPD-Vet will not be liable for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred by delegates.

2. Cancellation received within 14 days of registration and under cancellation policy terms may be eligible to receive a full refund (exclude 150 NIS  - registration fee).

3. cancellation within 30 days prior to the course commencing, will incur a 50% administration charge and 150 NIS registration fee.

4. Cancellation cannot be made retrospectively after course commencing.

5. Booked places can be transferred to another person (no charge).

6. CPD- Vet reserves the right to alter the programme, date, venue and speakers should this become necessary.
